CANCELLATION POLICY

EXPERIENCE DAYS / TRAINING DAYS / TASTER SESSIONS

**You should contact us immediately if you need to change your booking.**

We require at least 2 weeks’ notice if you wish to reschedule the day.
Experience days, training days and taster sessions are non-refundable – failure to arrive or reschedule in the permitted time will result in an invalid booking.

Inch Perfect Trials reserves the right to cancel experience days, training days and taster sessions at short notice – you can be assured that this would only happen due to extreme weather conditions, or for other reasons beyond our control.
While this is a very rare occurrence, if your experience day is cancelled you will be able to rebook for a date on which you are able to attend.

BOOKINGS MADE WITH MEMBERSHIP

You should contact us immediately if you need to change your booking.

Pay & Play bookings made using membership can be rescheduled depending on your membership status. LIMITED membership holders can reschedule providing the total number of sessions used in the month of the rebooked session does not exceed the maximum number of sessions allowed per month. There are no restrictions for UNLIMITED membership holders. However, all rescheduled bookings will need to take place within the membership validity dates.

Training, experience and taster sessions can also be rescheduled but a valid membership must be in place on the day of the training session. All sessions are subject to our company cancellation policy as outlined above.

CAMP VC

**You should contact us immediately if you need to change your booking.**

We require at least 2 weeks’ notice if you wish to reschedule to another session.
**Camp VC sessions are non-refundable** – failure to arrive or reschedule in the permitted time will result in an invalid booking. In the case that you are unable to attend, a name change will be offered if someone else wants to take your place, providing the replacement rider is of an appropriate ability lesson for the session booked.
